• If the applicant is an agent, a valid power of attorney from the title deed owner must be submitted, along with the IDs of both the agent and the principal
• If the applicant is a company, the commercial registration and the articles of incorporation must be submitted, along with the ID of the manager authorized under the articles of incorporation
• If the applicant is a judicial guardian or a liquidator, the judicial ruling document must be submitted along with the commercial registration and the ID of the commercial registration owner, or a valid authorization for the appointed person, or a valid power of attorney for the agent, together with the national IDs
